4. The second become a join member if he join 380digital image.
5. The first and the second part believe voluntary,equal,honor, credit and cooperation.they sign the contract after friendship consultation

The second article: Contract guarantee and declaration

1. The first part provide digital image technology for the second part.the second must buy equipment and consumable in digital image.
2. The second part must follow the first part joining plan so that it has a good market
3. The second part can require the newest technology when the first part develop it.and the first must provide for the second according the contract.

The third article: contract deadline

We can order the contract .the second can require the long time before the contract deadline 3 month ago..you can extend the deadline.

The fourth article: connect

1. The second can use the right according to the contract.
2. The second cann’t transfer the technology to the third person according to the contract.

The fifth article: join

1. The first premise the second open 38 digital image shop in his place.
2. Join free:train technology,making image,picture library,software,equipment,material and so on.
3. The first premise we don’t open the third shop in your place.

The sixth article: Delivering goods and settling accounts

1. The first provide the reasonable price for the second part.the second part give the money in the the first part account and we diliver the goods according to the contract.
2. The second part pay the transport fee according to the contract.
3. We withdraw your money if the goods have problem in quality in 3 days.
4. The second must apply the reason for un-introducing goods in half-year.otherwise the first think the second withdrawing.

The seventh article:the first part right

1. The first can direct the second in making product.
2. The second don’t follow the plan,the first can stop the plan.

The eighth article:the second part right

1. The second must order the first part consumable according to the contract.
2. The second can get right in providing the goods for the first.
3. The second cann’t chang the logo

he ninth article:good item

1. The second part can get charge if they pay some number according to the contract.
2. The second can get the good plan according to the contract.

The tenth article:　stopping the cintract

1. We can agree the agreement when the contract is deadline.
2. We can stop the agreement at the head time according to the contract.
